Our Omega-3 Premium Swiss plus oil consists of:

Natural, highly dosed and not concentrated fish oil from wild caught fish. As antioxidant we use a biological, cold-pressed olive oil. The daily dose contains 2'000 mg omega-3 fatty acids. Due to its liquid form, the oil can be optimally integrated into the daily diet, such as smoothie, salad or pure with a tablespoon. The fish oil is purified from pollutants and PCBs and comes from sustainable fishing.

Ingredients:

fish oil, olive oil, cholecalciferol (vitamin D), mixed tocopherol (vitamin E). A few drops of natural lemon oil have been added to Omega-3 Premium Swiss plus.

Recommended daily dosage

Recommended daily 8 ml = 1 tablespoon. The recommended daily dosage must not be exceeded unless otherwise prescribed by your doctor.

The unopened bottle should be stored in a cool and dry place and not exposed to direct sunlight.

At temperatures below 4° Celsius, crystals can form which are quickly released again at room temperature. Shake the bottle shortly before consumption. Please make sure that the bottle is kept out of reach of small children. Once the bottle has been opened, it should be used within 45 days.

The fatty acid structure is preserved by the more than 50 different fatty acids. The oil is processed within 4 hours after the catch and thus remains fresh. In order to guarantee sustainability, the fishery is carried out according to strict Norwegian guidelines and has been awarded the "Friend of the Sea" seal. Our oil is cleaned of pollutants and PCBs.

in order to achieve a balanced omega-6/3 ratio, various scientific studies and fatty acid analysis have shown that 2,000 mg of omega-3 acids per day are recommended. The premium swiss plus oil contains 2'000 tablespoon (8 ml).

Cold-pressed organic olive oil

In the body, the delicate omega-3 fatty acids can oxidize. Studies have shown that the combination of olive oil (containing polyphenols) and fish oil has a positive effect on health and therefore the omega-3 fatty acids do not oxidize.

Good to know

A daily dose of 8 ml tablespoon contains 1152 mg epa and 496="" dha. Important: once the bottle has been opened, it must be placed in the refrigerator and used within 45 days to protect oil from oxidation.
