For us, quality means that we carefully select the finest raw materials, buy them fresh for each new batch and make each individual praline by hand with great passion.

For each batch we remanufacture the packaging. The boxes consist of a special piece of paper, which is only set up by folding without glue.

Why a chocolate? According to Dr. Simon Feldhaus, the combination of dark chocolate and omega 3 is ideal, which is why he came up with the idea of the praline. It took a year of research to neutralize the taste of algae with natural foods, to intensify the effect of Omega 3 and to achieve a pleasant consistency of the filling.
Tasting notes: Ginger is the first, dominant note that appears immediately after the praline has been bitten open and provides a certain pungency. Then a light note of alcohol with a hint of hemp unfolds briefly and finally the dark, bitter chocolate taste persists with a long, slightly spicy finish.

recommended daily intake of Omega3: 2000 mg fatty acids. One chocolate contains 1000 mg omega3 fatty acids. 2 chocolates cover the daily requirement.
