This DOP vinegar of Modena is obtained according to the traditional method exclusively from Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes from the territory of Modena and aged for 12 years in different barriques made of different woods: oak, chestnut, cherry, juniper and mulberry. Through the care and experience of specialists who sensitively accompany the aging process, a perfect balance of flavors is achieved. Before being bottled in Giorgio Giugiaro's traditional bottles, the product is tasted by professionals of the Consortium and approved only if it is of impeccable quality.
This exceptional DOP balsamic vinegar is obtained only from cooked grape must, without the addition of flavors. The acidity and concentration of the product are obtained through years of natural reduction in wooden barrels.
