This Condimento Balsamico "YOUR MAJESTY" is aged in barriques and is characterised by a particularly low acidity of 4% (Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP must have 6% acidity). This makes it particularly suitable for fruit (especially strawberries), asparagus and salads.
