Prosecco Rosé DOC Treviso Brut - CONCA D'ORO - 7.5dl
85% Glera, 15% Pinot Nero
Thanks to the adaptation of the Prosecco guidelines in 2020, it is possible to produce a genuine Rosé Prosecco DOC:
- Glera - the only good and permissible Prosecco grape
- Pinot Nero - the light, fruity and full-bodied grape that gives filigree fullness and suppleness
A guaranteed quality product (Denominazione di Origine Controllata) produced according to the new guidelines of the Consortium of Prosecco.
Tasting notes by Dani Schneider
Amazingly tart and very aromatic on the palate. The nose is dominated by an apple aroma with light notes of berries. The finish is short and purifying. After a piece of English blue cheese, the taste experience was perfect. I would recommend this Prosecco Rosé DOC Treviso Brut accompanied by food: with a hearty salami and blue cheese, fondue or raclette, stuffed chicken breast, shrimp cocktail, culatello, pumpkin risotto or butter tagliatelle with truffle. For the aperitif, I rather recommend the Rosa Rosé Spumante, which is more lovely, but less able to assert itself with food.
