These remarkably aromatic coffee beans come from a biodynamic cultivation and ripen under careful care on the Finca Irlandia in the southwestern highlands of Mexico. This coffee thrives in a shady environment at an altitude of 1200 metres above sea level.
The biodynamic cultivation method results in healthy growth of the coffee bushes. After hand harvesting, the coffee beans are washed and processed with fresh mountain water, laid out to dry in the sun and carefully selected by hand.
Thanks to the long and direct collaboration since 1930, the purchase of Irlandia beans actively supports children and nature conservation on the finca.
To ensure that this freshly roasted coffee retains its exceptional aroma at least until the stated best-before date, it is packed in a three-layer packaging (without aluminium, PVC or PVDC) with a valve.
