Italy's main producer of Italian table olives
Madama Oliva is the reference when it comes to table olives, antipasti or aperitif vegetables
The story starts in Castel Madama, a small castle in the east of Rome. Some families have dried local olives together and sold them at the market. The Mancini family was one of them and they researched and developed more and more modern technologies to make the olives ready for the table.
In 1989, the Madama Oliva company was founded by the Mancini family, which, following ancient tradition and generations of experience, became the top reference for table olives in Italy that it is today.
At Madama Oliva the olives should still taste the same as they used to. In this way the tradition is preserved and the taste experience is passed on from generation to generation.
