Vitamin C (PureWay-C™) is a buffered vitamin C complex with additional OPC from grape seed extract and quercetin.

Buffered vitamin C is ideal for sensitive individuals as it has an almost neutral pH value and thus achieves an effect that is gentle on the stomach.

Along with the B vitamins, vitamin C is one of the most important water-soluble vitamins. As an "antioxidant vitamin", it significantly protects the cells from oxidation processes. Vitamin C plays a key role in collagen synthesis and is therefore important in building and maintaining skin, connective tissue, bones and teeth. Vitamin C has not only been shown to improve iron absorption in the intestine, but also strengthens our immune system against viral and bacterial infections by promoting the production of antibodies and interferon as well as the function of lymphocytes.

Recommended intake

1 tablet 1 time daily. Optimal consumption is at least 15 minutes before a meal with 250 ml of still, lukewarm water.
