Vitamin B12 (cobalamin) belongs to the group of water-soluble vitamins and has a complex molecular structure. The daily requirement for an average adult is 4 μg. Vitamin B12 Liquid contains the two bioactive vitamins methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin.
The vitamin is essential for the organism and has multiple functions in the human body. Vitamin B12 strengthens the brain by contributing to normal functioning of the nervous system and normal mental function, and can reduce tiredness and fatigue.
Vitamin B12 not only contributes to the normal function of the immune system, but also to the normal formation of red blood cells.
Furthermore, B12 specifically regulates various metabolic functions. For example, it contributes to normal energy and homocysteine metabolism and has a function in cell division.
Vitamin B12 deficiency is not uncommon. In the group of seniors over 75 years of age alone, up to 30 percent suffer from an acute B12 deficiency.
The product does not contain alcohol and is therefore also suitable for children and adolescents. In its liquid form, it is a sensible alternative for anyone who has problems taking vitamin B12 in capsule form.

Recommended intake
1 time daily 13 drops outside the meal. Spread in the mouth with the tongue. If necessary, stir into a glass of water/juice. Shake before use.
