Conclusion:
A nice spicy sauce, but not too spicy but still present. The smoky taste reminds of a successful BBQ, the sweet mango rounds off the taste!

For this sauce a special organic mango from Motril (Granada) was used, which gives the sauce a wonderful sweet taste. The pungency is present and constant, not too spicy.
The smoky taste predominates a little - but goes wonderfully with meat.
