8. cancellation and termination of the contract
Orders are binding in accordance with Section 5 of the GTC and the customer is obliged to accept the service. Subsequent changes at the Customer's request are possible by way of exception and at Suisstore's discretion. The possibility of cancellation depends on the product and the time of cancellation. Depending on the product, the order may be cancelled free of charge, against a compensation for expenses or not at all.
If Customer does not take delivery of the products within two weeks despite the obligation to take delivery, Suisstore may cancel the contract and charge the customer for the costs incurred. In the event of a delay in delivery by Suisstore in accordance with Clause 4 of the GTC, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract at the earliest 30 calendar days after the agreed delivery date. In the event of cancellation due to non-delivery, Suisstore will reimburse the Customer for amounts paid in advance.
If the service provider is unable to meet the date of a service requested by Customer and Customer and service provider cannot agree on a new possible date, the order may be cancelled free of charge. Amounts paid in advance will be fully refunded to the customer.
