Liquid to solid, dark reddish brown, weak spicy fragrance, spicy mild.

Danis testing notes:

This honey has the colour of amber and is so viscous that there is a hole in the jar where you take it out. It reminded me of fir shoots, with some tree bark and fruit blossom notes. Surprising and unique is the sharpness this honey has in the finish. I have never experienced anything like this with honey.
