SANSEI - pool researches and develops holistic and chemical-free pool solutions that meet the highest standards of sustainability, water quality and cost-effectiveness. Under the guiding principle of ‘bathing in drinking water’, we transform every pool into an ecological, resource-saving system that is not only safe for people and the environment, but also saves costs and labour in the long term.

Thanks to state-of-the-art filtration and treatment technologies, the completely chemical-free pool water can be used in a variety of ways – for example, for garden irrigation, washing machines, humidification systems, or it can be disposed of regularly without restriction. In winter, the system does not require any energy – the water is stable at cold temperatures.

The system also allows the pool to be fed with up to 75% rainwater and can be expanded with a large rainwater tank thanks to an intelligent circulation system: filter rinses are returned to the rainwater tank, where they are re-filtered and fed back into the pool.

After multi-stage purification – fine filtration, UV treatment and reverse osmosis – the pool water can even be used as drinking water. This means that the pool serves as a private drinking water reservoir that is available at all times.

The system is virtually maintenance-free: after a one-time adjustment (approx. 2 months), the system operates largely autonomously. Only natural or extremely low-dose agents are used to maintain water quality: carbon dioxide to regulate pH, copper at one-tenth of the Swiss drinking water limit to combat algae, and short-lived ozone from the ambient oxygen to reduce microorganisms and fats (body fat, creams).

The pool can be heated using energy-efficient absorption panels or the existing geothermal probe, provided it supplies sufficient energy, while a mini-max system ensures that the pool is automatically refilled free of charge when it rains.
