Our secret recipe: tradition and the best raw materials

Dario Loison and Sonia Pilla form the third generation of the Loison From the beginning, only the best raw materials have been used - if possible from the immediate surroundings.

The well-rehearsed team complements each other perfectly: While Dario refines the old traditional recipes and reinvents them with raw materials from the Slow Food Academy, Sonia builds a bridge to the art of packaging with nostalgic elements of Italian culture.

The most tasteful and unique panettoni in Italy are created.
