In the 1920s, when Montecatini Terme in Tuscany was visited by the world's most famous and beautiful people for hydrotherapy, the Cialde di Montecatini was born. The image of the heron was created by Stefano Desideri in the 70s - inspired by the thermal baths.
The taste of this dessert will delight and captivate you - ideal with a good espresso or a glass of Vin Santo.
