With its savoury chocolate filling, prepared with selected single-origin cocoa from South America, this yeast cake is wonderfully sweet and tempting. The dough is also enriched with chocolate morsels that will delight young and old alike.

Sour cherry gives the Panettone an incredible moisture and enriches the taste with a slight bitterness that harmonizes perfectly with the dough.

While, in the past, candied cherries were used as garnish, in our Panettone Amarena we make them the stars of the show. Their presence is absolutely undeniable, with plump pieces of dark tart cherries studding the sponge of our yeast cake.

This is one of our most popular and creative varieties of Panettone. The unmatchable combination of flavors comes from the rich taste that the candied tart cherries release, followed by very persistent fragrances.
