The recipe brings together 18% fresh butter, fresh Italian free-range eggs, Sicilian wildflower honey and natural Mananara vanilla from Madagascar. At its heart is a generous 20% caramelised white chocolate, giving the biscuits their distinctive creamy caramel flavour and beautifully rounded sweetness.
The result is a wonderfully delicate, melt-in-the-mouth biscuit with rich buttery notes, smooth caramel and a subtle hint of vanilla – an indulgent expression of Italian pastry-making at its finest.
