SAN-MINI 0.2 µm Titanium Filter Element – for the Activated Carbon Filter
The SAN-MINI Titanium Filter Element adds an additional stage of fine mechanical filtration to the SAN-MINI activated carbon filter, with a filtration rating of 0.2 µm (200 nm).
Important: this titanium element is not a stand-alone filter.
It is designed to work exclusively inside the
SAN-MINI 1 µm Activated Carbon Filter.
If you would prefer to use titanium filtration on its own, without
activated carbon, please choose the complete
SAN-MINI 0.2 µm Titanium Filter instead.
Activated Carbon Meets Titanium
The titanium element fits neatly inside the centre of the compressed 1 µm activated carbon cartridge, bringing two different filtration principles together in one compact system.
The activated carbon provides filtration and adsorption, whilst the titanium element adds a further stage of 0.2 µm (200 nm) mechanical fine filtration.
Best of all, the existing SAN-MINI stainless-steel housing remains exactly where it is. Simply add the titanium element to the activated carbon cartridge and your SAN-MINI becomes the combined Activated Carbon + Titanium configuration.
Clean It. Reuse It. Carry On.
Unlike the activated carbon cartridge, the titanium filter element is designed for reuse. When required, it can be removed, cleaned ultrasonically and fitted again.
A rather more sensible approach than routinely replacing something that was designed to be cleaned.
